Compaq IJ750 Driver. The Compaq IJ750 is made by Lexmark and is the Lexmark Z31. These drivers include the maintenance program for cleaning, aligning etc. Just run W2KZ31.exe and it will self extract to a folder like C \z31. Then install through Printer Wizard, pointing it to the unzipped files.
