well this is a small program which alters registry in win 2000,first disconnect c5000 from computer,second download c5500 software for win2000.

restart your computer.run mpassreg.zip it will open a registry editor program.select model c5000.click ok and restart.connect the c5000 and turn on machine and it will work as c5500.i have tested this on win2000 proffesional.this also work on other miltipass
