Primera LX800 Driver. Perform the following steps to identify the Primera Printer Driver or Firmware version installed on your computer and the LX800:
File Contents: Click Start, then Printers and Faxes (Or Control Panel and then Printers and Faxes).
Right-click the icon for the Color Label Printer.
Choose Printing Preferences from the drop-down menu.
Right-click Color Label Printer Preferences and select About to view the driver version.
A driver information box will be displayed. The driver version is listed at the bottom of the dialog box.
To find the the firmware version perform steps 1-3, now select Clean/Change Cartridges & Check Ink., Choose Properties.
Click Details to display the screen above.
