This set of files is in answer to a friend using an HI DMP-60DL series pen plotter, moving from Win3.11 to Win95. The Win95 plotter drivers are not available from Houston Instr.(bought out) or any third party for free, so I fooled Win95 into using the 16bit DLL fom Win3.11. Follow the README.TXT instructions included.
